Privacy notice
The club running the tournament you're registering for is responsible for the personal details you provide — they're the ones organising the event and using your team's information to run it.
FixtureHub is the software platform the club uses to manage fixtures, results, and team registrations. We process your details on the club's behalf and don't use them for our own marketing.
Team name, club name, and the team manager's name, email, phone number, and FA affiliation number — used to run the tournament: building fixtures, recording results, contacting you about the event, and verifying FA registration.
Some registration forms include an optional box to let the club invite you back the following year. If you tick it, the club may use your details for that purpose. You can ask them to stop at any time.
For the duration of the tournament and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted — unless you've agreed to be contacted again next year.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your details at any time — contact the club running your tournament, since they're responsible for your data.
