How to use Score Tent

Score Tent is where match results get entered as they happen. It takes about ten seconds per game — find your code, type the score, done.

01 Find your code

Every match has a 5-digit Score Tent Code on the referee card or pitch score sheet, next to the kickoff time.

No card? You can search by team name in Step 2.

03 Enter the score, confirm

Type the final score for each team, then tap Confirm Score. You'll see a green confirmation the instant it saves, and the league table and public hub update immediately — no refresh needed.

Nothing is saved until you tap Confirm. Tapped the wrong fixture? Use "Wrong fixture? Enter a different code" below the button to go back first.

Good to know

Ready for the next game automatically

A couple of seconds after confirming, Score Tent clears itself and returns to the code entry screen — no need to reset it yourself between fixtures.

Walkovers are locked

If the organiser marks a team as a no-show on the dashboard, the fixture becomes a walkover (W/O) and score entry is locked — there's nothing to enter.

Level at full-time in a knockout?

Score Tent will ask who progressed on penalties instead of taking a numeric score — just tap the winning team.

Scanned the wrong fixture by mistake?

If you confirmed a score on a fixture that hasn't actually been played, type ? in both score boxes and tap Confirm Score — that resets it back to unplayed, no organiser needed.

Entered the wrong score?

Let the tournament organiser know — corrections to a game that was genuinely played are made from the dashboard, not from Score Tent itself.
