Welcome to FixtureHub! We're built by coaches, for coaches — so here's what you're signing up for, in plain English, with zero legal jargon.

Our commitment to you

Stress-free first: fast, reliable software that runs smoothly from fixture generation to the final whistle.

Simple setup, smart scheduling: build multi-age, multi-pitch schedules that auto-allocate kick-offs and prevent club clashes.

Pre-event setup checks: we review every setup 5 days before go-live, so matchday morning has zero surprises.

Dedicated support: free done-for-you first setup, plus a 30-minute show-and-tell call so you're ready to run matchday.

Last-minute lifeline: let down by a spreadsheet or another system? We'll do our absolute best to jump in and get you running fast.

Zero-commission guarantee: 100% of your entry fees go directly to your club — we never take a cut.

Your data & brand: your club badges, sponsor graphics, and contact lists belong 100% to you. *

Fair flexibility: easy 30-day rescheduling if your event is postponed, or a 50% refund if it's cancelled completely. *

Your commitment to us

Pay to go live: the flat £299 fee, in full, at least 14 days before your tournament goes live.

Club ownership: the plan belongs to the club, not an individual — so it stays safe if your organiser changes.

Setup notice: give us at least 3 days' notice before the event so we can run a final check.

Respect our platform: use FixtureHub to run great tournaments, but respect our intellectual property and software rights. *

Frequently asked questions

Intellectual property, data & anti-cloning

Your club badges, team names, manager contacts, and sponsor graphics belong 100% to your club. We only use them to display on your public tournament hub. If you ever decide to leave FixtureHub, we'll export and hand over your full club and manager contact list free of charge within 30 days.

FixtureHub owns all software, algorithms, scheduling logic, designs, and code powering the platform. You receive a non-transferable licence to run your tournament on our system.

You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, replicate, or mimic FixtureHub’s software, scheduling algorithms, or user interface — whether for commercial gain, internal club use, or to build a competing product. Anyone found copying, scraping, or mimicking our platform will have their access terminated immediately without refund and may face legal action for intellectual property infringement.

Pricing & platform

A single flat fee of £299 per tournament. There are no per-team commission cuts, hidden pitch surcharges, or recurring subscriptions.

In full, 14 days before your tournament goes live. That gives us time to review your setup 5 days out, so nothing is a surprise on matchday morning.

Between 14 and 3 days out: payment is due immediately on signup, and we'll run your setup checks straight away.
Under 72 hours out: get in touch straight away — we'll do our absolute best to build your schedule, review your tournament, and get matchday running without a hitch.

Free trial & going live

Yes — build your entire tournament, including age groups, teams, pitches, and schedule, for free with our setup wizard (or have us build it for you to preview). Draft tournaments left unpaid and inactive for 90 days are automatically deleted, along with any draft team data.

You can build and test your tournament risk-free. Once your tournament’s public pages go live for teams and parents, the standard cooling-off/change-of-mind period ends — our setup work and review are complete by that point. If the tournament itself is postponed or cancelled, the rules below still apply.

Cancellations, postponements & weather

If your event is cancelled and can’t be rescheduled, you’ll receive a 50% refund of your £299 fee. The remaining 50% covers the setup work, system review, and hosted public pages already delivered before go-live.

First postponement: one free 30-day extension to reschedule, no extra charge.
Second postponement, or cancellation: the standard 50% refund applies.

Account ownership & operations

The plan belongs to your club, not the individual volunteer who set it up. If your tournament secretary or organiser steps down, the account, fixtures, and history stay with the club.

If you open next year’s entries during this year’s event, teams can register and pay through your public hub. Entry fees route directly to your club via your own connected payment link (e.g. PayPal or Square) — FixtureHub never touches or holds your entry fee money.

We design FixtureHub to run reliably during tournament hours. External physical factors — like local mobile signal strength or venue Wi-Fi outages — are outside our control.
