FixturehubOnce every league game is played, FixtureHub can qualify teams and build the whole knockout bracket for you — one click, no per-round setup, and no reseeding by hand.
As soon as the last league fixture in an age group is scored, that age group's card on your dashboard flips to Complete and its button changes to Qualify teams.
Nothing to trigger here — it happens the moment the final result is confirmed, whether that's from Score Tent or the dashboard.
| League A | P | GD | Pts |

| QPR | 3 | -4 | 0 |
On the Qualification page, set how many teams qualify per league, and whether to bring through the best 3rd-place teams across leagues too. The qualified-teams preview updates live as you adjust either number.
If two or more teams can't be split by points, goal difference, goals for, or head-to-head, FixtureHub asks you to enter a penalty shoot-out result before it will let you continue — never an alphabetical guess.
Once every tie is settled, Set up the knockout rounds builds the entire bracket in one go — sized automatically to however many teams qualified, whether that's a straight Final, Semis, or Quarters.
Qualifiers per league
Best 3rd places
Oxford United & Stoke City can't be split by the numbers.
Quarter-final, semi-final, final — every knockout fixture gets its own 5-digit code on the ref card, exactly like a league game. There's no separate "advance to the next round" step: the instant a score is confirmed, the winner slots straight into their semi-final or final fixture.
See the Score Tent guide for how scores get entered pitch-side.
Semi-final
Final
If a knockout game is drawn at full-time, Score Tent doesn't ask for a numeric score at all — it asks who progressed on penalties. Tap the winning team and they advance the same way any other winner would.
Once the final whistle goes on the Final, the champion is shown automatically — on your dashboard's Knockout page and on the public hub — with nothing left for you to do.

One click builds the whole bracket
"Set up the knockout rounds" generates every round at once — Last 16, Quarters, Semis, Final, sized to how many teams qualified. You never generate a round individually.
Winners advance automatically
There's no button for moving a winner into the next round. Confirming a score in Score Tent does it immediately, whether that's a quarter-final or a semi.
Ties are never settled alphabetically
Points, then goal difference, then goals for, then head-to-head between the tied teams — and if it's still level, you enter a shoot-out result. Team name never decides who qualifies.
Made a mistake? Reset knockout
The Knockout page has a "Reset knockout" button that clears the bracket so you can set it up again from scratch, if qualifiers change after the fact.
